About the Studio

Two Birds Tattoo ArtistsTwo Birds Tattoo is a custom tattoo studio started by Ruby Santiago and Suzy Todd in 2010.

Two Birds Tattoo will be closing it’s doors permanently in January 2022. It’s been an incredible journey for us these past 11+years, and we’re so humbled and grateful for the  support we’ve gotten from our clients and our amazing community during our time in the Phinneywood neighborhood.

With the changes brought on by the pandemic it has been nearly impossible to go back to “normal”. The new normal has put many of us into a position to reevaluate our goals and we’ve chosen different paths for ourselves.

We are incredibly proud to have been a part of this and our artists for flourishing under our roof for so many years. We thank all of our amazing clients and friends for being so supportive of us over the years. We couldn't have done it without you!

Access info: We're in an old building so the accessibility situation is not ideal; please do get in touch if you have access needs not mentioned here, or any questions!

-There are no stairs, but there is a short and somewhat steep slope up to the front door with an awkward threshold at the top. This is navigable for some wheelchair users, but may be too steep for others; we're always happy to assist. The doorway is just over 34".

-Our bathroom is unfortunately too small for most wheelchairs, the nearest properly accessible restrooms are next door at Cornuto or Herkimer.

-We typically do scheduling and deposits over the phone; if you're unable to speak on the phone let us know in your consult form.

-Due to health and safety laws, emotional support animals (ESAs) are not allowed and cannot accompany you to your tattoo session.

-Come alone to your appointment

-Wear a mask prior to entry and for the duration of your time inside the shop.

-Practice social distancing while in the shop and while waiting to be let in.

-Walk-ins are not allowed at this time, so please schedule appointments in advance.
